Warms quickly, gets cold quickly. Heat must be transferred from the surroundings for both heating and cooling. Tin conducts heat 1.8 times quicker than ceramic and heats up the whole of it 50 times faster, so it suites for both hot and cold sake.

Luxurious use of tin makes soft mouthfeel. Tin used to be as valuable as gold and silver. The tin is used lavishly and polished carefully one by one to create a lovely and smooth drinking cup. The thick mouthpiece, which cannot be obtained by deforming thin sheets of tin, provides a soft and gentle mouthfeel.

Good air-tightness by grinding Tinware tea jars made here are made by grinding thick casting tin. The handmade lid is easy to open, yet protects from the air, moisture, and ultraviolet light.
